Guest Teacher Margaret Wagner

This Sunday we have a special guest teacher leading our feet into the beat. Margaret Wagner, Certified 5Rhythms® teacher, brings the flavor of New York to San Diego.

• 11:30-1:30 (Music Begins at 11:15 for landing and warm-up)

About Margaret:

The 5Rhythms is my refuge, a place of deep healing and boundless creativity. I continue to be in awe of the beauty and power of moving and grooving and the magic each dance has to heal the body, comfort the heart, calm the mind and allow each unique spirit to flourish. 

My classes are infused with the practical application of the 5Rhythms to everyday life, as well as the inspiration to unlock the artist soul-seeker within. I offer students the opportunity to clear their creative pathways with movement and then discover what written prose, poetry or visual art flows from there.
