Are you ready to let go of being predictable, access your inner resources, explore your internal landscape and express all that you have to offer? Join Christina, Certified 5Rhythms® teacher, for an embarkment to the Embodied Soul in Harmony Waves. This class is for anyone who would like a place to feel nurtured in a safe container to use the body to discover hidden patterns, break old habits and express yourself just as you are. Each class has a theme that incorporates the 5Rhythms Wave's maps as a way to discover hidden gems within and carry them into your daily life. You will dance away lighter and more connected with self as you enter your week.
Classes: Classes are an in-depth exploration of the 5Rhythms® where we access our inner resources for healing. Each class offers an opportunity to investigate a topic within the 5Rhythms® map and carry it into your daily life both on and off the dance floor. Using a combination of both guided and self-guided practice the embodied mover ventures into new and exciting terrain connecting to self, others and community.
Workshops are an opportunity to go deep in the group dynamic over a longer period of time. Each workshop offers a container of exploration, guidance and connection that lasts long after the workshop ends.
