We hope your summer is going well and you are caring for yourself in the heat! We are fully back for Sunday Harmony Waves with special guest Jonathan Horan teaching this Sunday, 23 August from 11-1:00! Jonathan was first introduced to the 5Rhythms in womb by his mother, Gabrielle Roth the creator of 5Rhythms. Dancing with Jonathan is the closest any of us can come to the source of 5Rhythms. I am excited to dance with you on Sunday and hope to see you there. 

We plan to meet outside of the studio for lunch after class. Feel free to bring a lunch or head over to the many restaurants while we pack up and meet back to back to share a meal, connect and be together!
