Dancers spoke and we want to accommodate the ability to attend one or more of this series. We have changed this workshop from 5 Saturdays in a row to one a month to give more time to integrate each teaching and to reduce barriers of attendance. You are welcome to attend all, one or a few. Each will give you an opportunity to practice the 5Rhythms Heartbeat map in your personal life.
We have scaled the pricing to reduce economic barriers. Reach out for support to make this workshop possible for all.

Sunday Harmony Waves in San Diego
Please note that we are moving back to a 2 hour class format to give us more time to sink in and connect. You can purchase a monthly pass for a discount price of $20 per class. Single event classes are $25 and if there is an economic barrier to attending please reach out to Christina5Rhythms@gmail.com for a discount code to attend. No one is ever turned away, all are welcome and we will find a price point that does not limit your ability to attend.
