Heart Melody
Riding the Wave of Fear

Meet ~ Move ~ Melt ~ Mesmerize ~ Magic

Are you living your full potential? Taking risks, letting go of the illusion of control, dancing into opportunities and allowing yourself to be vulnerable? If you are, congratulations you are allowing anxiety to be a creative, forward moving tool rather than holding you back. Anytime we are passionate about something and unable to ensure the outcome, anxiety can and will arise. Shifting fear into a catalyst of movement we can dance into new ways of being with ourselves, others and the world around us. Turning anxiety and our inner critic into a mentor rather than a controller.

Do you settle for less than you deserve?
Does social anxiety rob you of connection with others?
Are you miserable in your job, yet afraid to make a change?
Do you procrastinate on tasks that if completed would benefit you?
Does your perfectionist hold you back?

Join us in Riding the Wave of Fear where we will tackle some of the fears that hold us back, turn anxiety into a useful tool and dance into living our full potential.

When we listen closely, we can hear the Melody of our Hearts and those around us singing. Sometimes they sing in Joy and Compassion and other times they remind us to be present with our Fear, our Anger and our Sadness. When we listen to the messages we have the opportunity to meet, be with, move and express our deepest desires and yearnings. It’s the uncomfortable emotions, expressed effectively that bridge the gap to Joy and Compassion. This series of Heartbeat level day workshops is a space to move and be moved by the Melody of our Hearts towards Transformation. You are welcome to join all, one or a few. Attendance at all 5 will count towards the 5 Day Heartbeat pre-requisite for the 5Rhythms teacher training path. Contact Christina at Christina5Rhythms@gmail.com
