Awaken the Ecstatic Body with Eugene Hedlund

The 5 Rhythms map is an exquisite tool to support us in feeling more not only in the dance, but in all aspects of life.

Together we will explore how the dance invites us to awaken the subtle body through breath and movement. As we slow down and notice the transitions, the pause and surrender between each rhythm we also attune ourselves to the natural flow of our physical and sensational body.

Noticing how we transition and integrate thru the dance builds new body awareness and memory to support us in navigating an often insensitive world with increased sensitivity rooted in presence so we may feel and experience more of the magic of the physical world around. 

Come join us for a special day of learning from our body wisdom and from each other.
