Heart in Motion: Compassion & Wisdom

You are welcome to join us online for the final day in this series! Compassion grows when we are able to stay present with our own experience and the experience of others without turning away. As we move through the rhythms, we practice allowing emotions to move rather than holding or fixing them. Movement helps the nervous system process what has been felt and begin to integrate what we are learning.
Wisdom comes through listening — listening to the body, the breath, and the intelligence that begins to emerge when there is space and movement. As we dance, breathe, and witness one another, we continue practicing emotional awareness in motion.
Sunday Harmony Waves in San Diego
Please note that we are moving back to a 2 hour class format to give us more time to sink in and connect. You can purchase a monthly pass for a discount price of $20 per class. Single event classes are $25 and if there is an economic barrier to attending please reach out to Christina5Rhythms@gmail.com for a discount code to attend. No one is ever turned away, all are welcome and we will find a price point that does not limit your ability to attend.
